HINA is a youth-focused nonprofit born from the desire to address Nepal’s biggest challenges — youth unemployment, migration, and the digital skills gap. We give young people the tools to build their future at home.

NextGen Digital Nepal
Digital jobs and micro-enterprises for 18 youths
Our champions — 18 marginalized youth — are gaining digital skills and entrepreneurial know-how to build their future here in Nepal, showing the world that Nepal is a land of possibilities.
At least 3 micro-enterprises launched — minimum 1 co-founded by a woman.
At least 5 digital jobs secured in social media, customer service & content creation.
At least 10 youth will be personally and professionally empowered.
