WHO WE ARE
HINA is a youth-focused nonprofit born from the desire to address Nepal’s biggest challenges — youth unemployment, migration, and the digital skills gap. We give young people the tools to build their future at home — and it’s already working: HINA has helped launch 6 companies and create 15 jobs for young people.
A Nepal where young people build their futures at home, not because they have no other choice, but because they have every reason to stay.

Our champions — 25 marginalized youth — are gaining digital skills and entrepreneurial know-how to build their future here in Nepal, showing the world that Nepal is a land of possibilities.
At least 3 micro enterprises launched — with one co-founded by a woman.
At least 8 digital jobs secured in social media, customer service representative & content creation.
At least 14 youth will be personally and professionally empowered.
