Learn. Innovate. Lead.

Empowering Youth, Unleasing Potential

HINA was born from the vision of creating opportunities for youth in marginalized communities, where access to education, entrepreneurship, and digital skills is limited. Recognizing the need for practical, hands-on learning, we established HINA to empower young individuals with the knowledge, mentorship, and resources needed to drive social change. Our mission is to cultivate future leaders, equip them with the skills to build sustainable ventures, and foster a community where innovation leads to real-world impact.

Our Vision for a Better Tomorrow

At HINA, our vision is to empower the next generation of leaders who are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and passion to create a sustainable and impactful future. We believe in providing youth with the tools to innovate, drive social change, and contribute to their communities. By nurturing their potential through education, mentorship, and hands-on experience, we aim to inspire a movement of empowered individuals who will shape a better tomorrow for all.

Our Model

Freesponsibility

At HINA, we empower youth with the freedom to explore, innovate, and take ownership of their learning while fostering a strong sense of responsibility toward their community and personal growth. Scholars are encouraged to make independent decisions, take initiative, and drive impactful projects—balancing autonomy with accountability for real-world change.

Holacracy

HINA operates on a holacratic model, where decision-making is distributed rather than centralized. Instead of rigid hierarchies, scholars, mentors, and team members take on self-organized roles, fostering agility, accountability, and innovation. This approach empowers individuals to lead initiatives, collaborate dynamically, and adapt to challenges—ensuring a more flexible and impactful learning ecosystem.

Community-Led Development

We believe that sustainable impact comes from within the community. Our model empowers youth to identify local challenges, co-create solutions, and drive meaningful change. By involving scholars, mentors, and local stakeholders in the decision-making process, we ensure that our initiatives are rooted in real needs, culturally relevant, and scalable for long-term development.

Design Thinking Model

At HINA, the Design Thinking Model is used to equip scholars with a practical, empathetic, and creative problem-solving mindset. They begin by understanding real community challenges (Empathize), then define specific, actionable problems (Define). Scholars brainstorm innovative solutions (Ideate), build low-cost prototypes (Prototype), and test them with real users (Test). This approach fosters social innovation, encourages critical thinking, and ensures that scholar-led projects and enterprises are rooted in real needs, not assumptions.

Lean Startup for Social Good

At HINA, we apply the Lean Startup for Social Good model to help scholars turn ideas into impactful action with minimal risk. They learn to build quick, low-cost versions of their projects or enterprises (MVPs), test them in real settings, and gather feedback to improve. This cycle of Build → Measure → Learn empowers scholars to adapt fast, make evidence-based decisions, and create sustainable solutions. It’s a practical path to launching purpose-driven enterprises or community projects.

Job Readiness Bootcamp Model

At HINA, the Job Readiness Bootcamp Model prepares scholars for real-world employment through intensive, hands-on training. We focus on building essential workplace skills like professional communication, customer service, digital tools, and teamwork. Scholars engage in mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and simulated job tasks tailored to roles in SEO, WordPress design, call centers, and content creation. This model ensures that even if scholars don’t start a business, they graduate with the confidence and competence to thrive in internships and entry-level jobs.
