Three founders are graduates of Hope Innovation Academy’s entrepreneurship programme. Samuel Tamang, a HINA board director and experienced cinematography professional, joined as an equal co-founder to strengthen technical and creative capacity. The founders are not family-related. Ownership is equally distributed — 25% each — with joint strategic decisions and transparent financial practices under the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.
