I am a passionate educator focused on personal development and empowerment. With over four years of teaching experience at a government-run Safe House for girls who survived domestic violence and abuse, I integrated academic subjects like Economics and Mathematics with life skills such as financial and digital literacy. This role deepened my commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals in building confidence, resilience, and independence. At HINA, I now serve as a Personal Development Facilitator, guiding youth through self-discovery, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and goal setting. My work is rooted in empathy, education, and a vision of empowering individuals to lead purposeful, self-reliant lives.
As a Personal Development Facilitator at Hope Innovation Academy, I play a key role in guiding scholars through their journey of self-awareness, growth, and empowerment. I design and lead interactive sessions focused on building emotional intelligence, self-confidence, effective communication, decision-making, and goal setting. By creating a safe and supportive learning environment, I help scholars explore their values, strengths, and aspirations, encouraging them to develop a positive mindset and resilience. Through group workshops and individual mentorship, I tailor my approach to each scholar’s personal development needs, ensuring meaningful and transformative learning experiences. My work supports HINA’s mission of nurturing capable, self-reliant youth who can lead with purpose and contribute positively to their communities.

By guiding youth on their journey of self-discovery, I strive to inspire futures rooted in self-reliance, leadership, and meaningful contribution to their communities.
