As a strategic decision-maker, he oversees the development of new programs and initiatives, aligning them with HINA’s mission and long-term goals.
Rupak is also responsible for fundraising and network development, securing the necessary resources and collaborations to sustain and expand HINA’s impact. His leadership extends beyond administration, as he actively engages in facilitating sessions, guiding scholars, and fostering an environment of learning and innovation. Through his dynamic role, he ensures that HINA remains a driving force in youth empowerment and social transformation.
