Today, these scholar-led enterprises are thriving, creating impact and opportunities not just for the founders, but for their communities. Every enterprise is a story of courage, innovation, and the power of guidance — proof that when youth are empowered, they can lead, create, and inspire.
Through the project “Empowering Nepal’s Youth to Build Their Future at Home,” HINA supported nine young individuals in securing meaningful employment across diverse roles. From social media handlers and customer service representatives to office assistants, these opportunities reflect how skills can open doors to real careers.
Among them, three were young women—marking an important step toward inclusion and equal opportunity. Each job is more than employment; it is a story of growth, confidence, and the transformation of potential into livelihood, showing how the right support can help youth step into the workforce and shape their own future.
